Kikusui TOS5402 5kV AC Hipot and 10GΩ Insulation Resistance Tester

The Kikusui TOS5402 combines AC hipot testing and insulation resistance measurement in one modern electrical safety tester. It provides AC withstand voltage testing up to 5kV at 100mA, together with insulation resistance test voltages from 25V to 1000V and measurements up to 10GΩ.

The tester uses a high-efficiency PWM switching amplifier to maintain stable high-voltage output even when the incoming AC supply fluctuates. Its 7-inch touchscreen displays test conditions, results, diagrams and operating information clearly, helping simplify setup in laboratories and production environments.

Adjustable discharge detection allows the TOS5402 to respond to momentary events and high-frequency discharge components, including arc and corona discharge. Automatic test programming, rise and fall time control and standard LAN, USB and RS-232C connectivity make it suitable for both standalone and automated testing.
