MICROTEST 7641 8-Channel 5kV AC / 6kV DC / 100GΩ Hi-Pot Tester

The MICROTEST 7641 is an eight-channel, three-in-one electrical safety tester for high-throughput and multi-point testing. It integrates AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance testing, delivering up to 5kV AC at 30mA, 6kV DC at 10mA, and insulation-resistance measurement from 200kΩ to 100GΩ.

Eight configurable rear-panel channels allow multiple test points or devices to be managed from one instrument. With optional 7508A and 7516A scanner expansion boxes, the system can scale to 72 test channels. Multi-step programs, contact checking, parallel test modes, adjustable arc detection, barcode-assisted traceability, remote programming and test-data logging make the 7641 particularly well suited to automated production and complex assemblies.
